Samantha DiazSamantha Diaz-Hennessey DNP, FNP-BC

Samantha Diaz-Hennessey, DNP, FNP-BC is a family nurse practitioner who joined Park Avenue Medical Professionals in August 2018. She graduated summa cum laude from Fairfield University where she earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree and completed research evaluating the effectiveness of nonpharmacologic treatments for pain. She worked as a registered nurse in the ER at a hospital in Connecticut for 7 years and is excited to embark upon her journey as a nurse practitioner. Samantha is also interested in cosmetology and is now administering Botox. She is a member of American Nurses Association and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. In her free time, Samantha enjoys cooking, dancing and traveling to new places.
